We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, contact us at patrick@romanyhouseboxes.com and we will arrange a return or replacement. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt if you would like to return an item. After notifying us, the returned item must be shipped back to us and postmarked within a week of your notification. On returns, we will credit the full purchase price, once we receive the product back in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, parts are not included or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If shipped within the US we will promptly send you the missing part at no charge. If any part is damaged during shipping, please provide a picture of the damaged part and we will replace the broken part at no charge, but the buyer may be responsible for shipping costs of the replacement part.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any personalized item cannot be returned and some custom orders may not be returnable. Additionally, any record albums or comic books sold with our boxes are sold "as-is" and are not returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. If any coupons or discounts were applied to an item being returned, the same amount will be applied to any refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For Sales Outside the U.S.
Due to shipping costs and tax issues, we may not be able to honor all policies listed above on orders outside the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and have any questions, concerns, or issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss available options. NOTE: IF A SHIPMENT TO AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE THE U.S. IS NOT DELIVERED OR IS RETURNED TO ROMANY HOUSE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REIMBURSING THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL MAILING, OR THE COST ASSOCIATED WITH REMAILING.
