Shipping policy

All products ship for free in the U.S.  Most items ship within 2 -3 business days.  Allow an extra 3 to 5 days for customized items.  Depending upon the order and the buyer's address we ship USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS 3-5 Day Ground. If you would like expedited or overnight shipping it may be available for an extra charge. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping.

While we are happy to assist in tracing missing packages, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-delivered shipments.   If you do not receive a package please contact us as soon as possible.  However, we do not refund either the purchase price or shipping costs on items that USPS or UPS shows were delivered.

FOR PURCHASES OUTSIDE THE U.S.  Please contact us at patrick@romanyhouseboxes.com prior to placing an order and we will determine exact shipping costs.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on orders placed outside the U.S.
